Sheriff
Ralph Lopez
(receiving first $1,000.00 check from Distributors Debbie Bullard and John
Kelsey) said “this is a phenomenal fundraising concept as it keeps deputies and
officers from having to go out and fundraise and on the street serving and
protecting our citizens”. It is a perfect example of a total Community effort
school districts, law enforcement and citizens all working as a TEAM to help
save our CHILDREN from tobacco, alcohol, and legal and illegal drug
use/abuse and teaching them to make better decisions.
Bexar county
D.A.R.E.
