The Texas
D.A.R.E.
Institute located at the Center for Safe Communities and Schools
recently held a
D.A.R.E.
Officer Training in Katy, Texas that culminated on January 19,
2007. The following agencies sent participants to attend
this training. Twenty-four law enforcement officers completed
this eighty hour training.

The objective of the Texas
D.A.R.E. Officers
Association is to promote continuity of materials and teaching
techniques; to promote harmony and goodwill among its members;
and to develop a means to disseminate information which is
valuable to D.A.R.E.
Officer's statewide.
