Drug
Abuse
Resistance
Education (D.A.R.E.)
Program. FW-1 sets-up a small display at local Community gas and/or service
stations, provides a demonstration to potential customers cars while they
are pumping gas and sells to those who are satisfied the highly acclaimed
FW-1 (Waterless) Wax. In addition they have other car cleaning items and
kits to take care of tires, tar and grease removal, carpet & upholstery for
sale as well. Proceeds from this go to support
D.A.R.E.
America national
program as well as to help provide sorely needed funding to support local
Community-based
D.A.R.E. Programs.
FW-1 sets-up from Monday through Saturday with a special event occurring
every Saturday where they give out “FREE” Child Safety Identifications
cards. For every local Community gas and/or service station that
participates - the local
D.A.R.E. Program,
in this case
Bexar County
D.A.R.E. receives
$100.00 per location up-front. “It is truly a win – win – win scenario – the
business wins, the Community wins and more importantly the Children win”,
said Sheriff
Ralph Lopez. “This is a perfect situation whereby local businesses,
Communities and law enforcement working together become part of the solution
and win over the drug dealers, by having the funds to continue to help
educate, save and prevent our children from becoming victims of drug use and
abuse” said Deputy Chief Andres Lozano, Together Everyone Achieves More -
