D.A.R.E. Day at San Antonio
Missions Baseball Game Wednesday May 16th, 2007.
It was a beautiful day at the Nelson Wolf Stadium for the annual
D.A.R.E.
Day with the San Antonio Missions Baseball Game held on Wednesday May 16th, 2007
at 10:00 AM.

The stands were filled with over 5,000
D.A.R.E.
Students from schools districts all across San Antonio and
Bexar County.
Sheriff
Lopez as usual spent time with his
D.A.R.E.
kids handing out
D.A.R.E.
sunglasses and Red "D.A.R.E."
awareness bracelets - reminding children of the importance of
them making safe and healthy decisions and for remaining drug
and violence free.
Sheriff
Ralph Lopez threw out the opening pitch and the game was on. The
San Antonio Missions versed the Corpus Christi Hooks.

D.A.R.E.
Project Partnership Officers spent the morning and afternoon
having fun with their
D.A.R.E.
students while watching the baseball game.

This event was "FREE" for all
D.A.R.E.
students, teachers
and chaperons. This is just another example of the fact that
D.A.R.E.
is making a difference and reaching a lot of children throughout
San Antonio and
Bexar County.
